Nestled in a peaceful, quiet residential area, Little Owls is a place where children thrive. Our young people enjoy a wide range of activities and hobbies, including:
Outdoors & Experiences: Horse riding, museum visits, trips to parks, shopping, and meals out

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Inspire brighter futures with consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Be part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with structured rotas and long shifts (7.30am–11pm), including sleep-in nights.
What You’ll Earn
- Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 + 8 sleep-ins/month; dependent on qualifications) (Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026)
- Opportunity for additional earnings through enhanced overtime and extra shifts
What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence

- Experience in childcare or the wider care sector is required
