What You\’ll DoDeliver high-quality care and emotional support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young peopleBuild positive, trusting relationships through consistency, empathy, and resilienceWork as part of a professional team in a 365-day service, following structured rotas and long shifts (7:30am – 11pm), including sleep-in dutiesWhat You\’ll Earn Annual salary: £34,402 – £35,025 (based on £13.45–£13.75 per hour + 8 sleep-ins per month, dependent on qualifications)Pay rate effective from 1st April 2026Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime and additional shiftsWhat You\’ll Need Full UK Driving LicenceAged 21+ with the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)Previous experience in childcare or the wider care sectorWhy Join Esland?
