We’re looking for a Registered Children’s Home Manager to join our dedicated team and lead one of our nurturing, high-quality EBD homes. Our three-bedroom home in Gainsborough offers a safe and nurturing place for 6 to 18-year-olds with complex behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a residential children's home in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Promote independence and life skills for young people, ensuring safety and well-being underpins every decision.
Qualifications
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent (highly desirable)
- A minimum 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children (essential)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a managerial/senior/team leader/supervisory role within care (essential)
- In depth knowledge of relevant legislation, best practice and regulatory expectations, such as Ofsted regulations (essential)
- Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence
- Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
