What You'll Do
- As a Senior Support Worker you'll play a key part in the daily life of our home, leading your team on shift, providing handsâon care and supporting the young people through their everyday experiences.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and professionals.
- Support care plans and help young people achieve their goals.
- Lead by example and support junior colleagues on shift.
- Promote a safe, clean and happy home environment.
- Encourage learning, development and independence in every child.
- Keep records up to date with care and professionalism.
- Take part in sleepâin shifts on a 2âon, 4âoff rota (with advance notice).
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in residential childcare.
- Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People).
