Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to residential care of children
- A compassionate, resilient leader who thrives on making a difference
- Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices
