Esland is seeking a dedicated Children's Home Deputy Manager for our Buxton home, providing short‑term, therapeutic care for 7–18 year olds. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Salary £36,000–£41,000 per year, plus an on‑call allowance of £1,500. You will lead and develop a committed team, ensure Ofsted expectations are met, promote education and outdoor activities, and help young people achieve positive outcomes.
