What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
- Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with advance rotas and long shifts (8am–11pm) including sleep-in nights.
What You’ll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
- Must be 21+ and have the right to work in the UK (we’re unable to offer sponsorship).
