Esland Care in Whaley Bridge is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to join our children’s home team. You will provide dedicated care to looked-after children, support daily routines and participate in safeguarding and shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
The role requires a minimum 12 months in residential childcare, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence.
