Esland Care is seeking a Senior Residential Care Worker for our Oakwood Home, a Good-rated Ofsted facility.

You will provide high-quality care and emotional support to children, upholding safety and wellbeing while working in a 365-day service with structured rotas, long shifts, and sleep-ins.

The role requires a Level 3 Child Care qualification, a full UK driving licence, and at least 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.

You must be 21+ and authorized to work in the UK.
