Esland are driven to changing children’s lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinician to join our highly valued team. The successful candidate will work therapeutically with our children, basing support on where they are functioning emotionally, developmentally and in accordance with their lived experiences.
The role will cover five Assessments homes in the following areas:
- 1 home in Lutterworth
- 1 home in Burton Upon Trent
- 1 home in Telford
- 2 homes in The Peaks

Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience post qualification
- Registration with HCPC or equivalent governing body
- Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly making complex information meaningful
- Demonstrable experience in supporting children in SEND, SEMH and/or LAC settings
- Motivation and commitment to your role, with a genuine passion and caring attitude for children who have experienced trauma
- A full, UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
