At Esland, we provide trauma‑informed, therapeutic care for children aged 8 to 18, many of whom have encountered adverse childhood experiences and complex trauma.

Our solo home based in Brierfield, Burnley, is seeking a full-time children’s support worker to completeour dedicated and highly valued team.
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
Essential requirements
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants with full right to work in the UK with no restrictions

Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above.
