Esland Care’s Moorland Cottage is a two-bed Ofsted registered children's home seeking a qualified residential childcare worker to provide immediate intervention and trauma-informed support. You will ensure PACE-based residential care, access to education, and participation in outdoor/adventure activities during placements.
The role follows a 365 rota: four days on with sleep nights, six days off. Salary ranges from £43,740 to £48,186 per year, with opportunities for overtime at enhanced rates
