Esland is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for our Lutterworth children’s home. The role involves leading the Assessments Team, supervising staff, and delivering trauma-informed care for 7–18 year olds.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary of £34,000 to £39,000 per annum depending on experience and diploma. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent, strong Ofsted knowledge, and a full UK driving licence.
