Esland Care in Uttoxeter is seeking a nurturing Residential Support Worker to help two young people with learning difficulties. You will promote independence, support daily living skills, and work within a small team to ensure safety and wellbeing.
The role requires full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and is suited to someone aged 21 or above, with a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare. Rotas include 2 days on, 4 days off with sleep nights.
