Join us as a Children\’s Residential Care Worker and begin a truly meaningful and rewarding career.
Hours: 173 hours per month, working long shifts from 8am–11pm (including sleep-in nights).
We are a 365-day-a-year service , with rotas provided well in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.
Pay: Competitive annual salary of £31,****** – £32,****** , depending on qualifications (based on £*****–£***** per hour and an average of 8 sleep-ins per month).
There are also opportunities to pick up additional shifts and overtime at enhanced rates .
