Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum (based on 6 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £13.45 - £13.75 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas provided in advance.
Work that matters: We’re a 365-day service because children need us every day. Our home is a warm, welcoming space for three amazing children who love to stay active and creative. Here, you’ll help them enjoy activities such as:
- Arts and crafts and nail painting
- Football matches and board games
- Movie nights and shopping trips
- Nature walks and getting their hair done

What you’ll do:
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Every day is different - from helping with daily routines to planning fun activities tailored to the children’s interests.
- Most importantly, you’ll be a positive role model who helps them achieve amazing outcomes.
