This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, specialist provision supporting vulnerable young people aged 8 to 18 years who have SEND and SEMH needs. Essential:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
  • Experience teaching KS3 and/or KS4 and across a range of subjects
  • Strong understanding of SEND, particularly SEMH
  • Knowledge of assessment frameworks and progress tracking
  • Excellent behaviour management and inclusive teaching strategies
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

Desirable:

  • A degree or qualification in psychology
  • A higher degree or equivalent
