As a Partner Manager, you work in a team that oversees EFG's global portfolio of brand sponsors. You work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals. This position will be based in (location) and reports to a Director while directly supporting Senior Manager(s).
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day internal lead on assigned accounts, understand our partners' KPIs, go-to-market strategy, and category trends.
- Assist in succinctly communicating partner strategy, KPIs, and initiative(s) progress to direct leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Creates an activation plan and is responsible for asset development; assists in ideating custom programs across EFG properties that solve for brand goals and brand identity.
- Responsible for highest quality implementation of brand programs through in-broadcast, onsite, and online partnership deliverables.
- Assist in forecasting and anticipating account performance; drafts status reports.
- Support Senior Manager(s) and Leadership team as needed to include contract negotiations, presentations, documents, recaps, etc.
- Assist in developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement contributing to revenue targets.
- May mentor and help develop Junior Partner Managers.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing, related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four years of experience in a similar position or capacity.
- An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel, both domestic and international.
