Our ideal Candidate will
- Be located in Manchester, Leeds or Hull areas of the UK and will currently be working in a similar Field Service role.
In your main role at Esko, you will:
- Provide on-site & remote technical support for our customers located in the UK with occasional travel to countries in Europe to cover busy periods/holidays.
- Be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CDI/XPS Hardware.
- Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front end/user interface software.
- Demonstrate successful deployment of Esko solutions in a live production environment to ensure the system is accepted by the customer.
- Work in close collaboration with the Regional Service Director, Regional Support team, Global support team and our customers to quickly resolve any issues on site.
- Submit detailed service reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:
- The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
- Junior field service engineer ideally already doing a similar role and looking for a new challenge.
- Experience working in the print industry is a bonus.
- Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma.
- Good ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems.
- Experience working with automatic/automated machinery.
- Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks.
- Good level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
