Reporting to the Web Leader of Esko, you join our global web team as an experienced Digital Experience Specialist and play a key role in shaping the performance and visibility of Esko’s digital ecosystem. This remote-in-Europe role focuses on optimizing Esko.com and related web properties through strong technical SEO, analytics, and data‑driven improvements – ensuring our digital experience supports awareness, engagement, and lead generation across regions.
Typical Responsibilities
- Lead technical SEO initiatives across Esko’s multilingual websites – optimizing site architecture, structured data, and crawl management for global visibility.
- Implement and maintain SEO best practices, addressing performance, indexing, canonicalization, and site speed optimization.
- Stay ahead of evolving AI‑driven search trends and adapt Esko’s SEO strategy to maintain strong organic performance.
- Collaborate with the global web team to maintain, optimize, and evolve the company’s web properties.
- Manage technical web projects – including landing page builds, site enhancements, and multilingual updates – from concept through delivery.
- Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager (GTM) and web analytics tracking across large, multilingual websites.
- Manage integrations between the CMS, marketing automation systems (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), and Salesforce to ensure accurate lead routing and measurement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using GA4 and related tools to track website performance, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support global site governance and localization workflows, ensuring consistent UX, content hierarchy, and SEO implementation across languages.
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, SEO, and lead generation through A/B testing, analytics insights, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the digital experience in line with emerging web and search technologies.
Essential Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience managing or optimizing enterprise‑level websites, ideally in B2B tech or software environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO for large, multilingual websites – including site audits, structured data, and schema implementation.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and data layer configuration.
- Familiarity with global web governance, localization, and translation workflows.
- Solid understanding of SEO evolution in the era of AI and intelligent search.
- Excellent project management, communication, and influencing skills – able to align diverse stakeholders around shared digital priorities.
