We’re looking for a Paid Search Manager to take ownership of high-performing, multi-market campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives in the detail of an account but never loses sight of the commercial outcome — equally comfortable rebuilding a shopping feed, writing a high‑converting ad, and explaining to a strategy lead exactly why ROAS moved last week and what we’re doing about it. You’ll manage campaigns spanning both ecommerce and B2B lead generation, across multiple markets and languages. If you’re as interested in why people click as you are in the mechanics of getting them to, you’ll fit in well here.

You’ll also be joining the recently crowned Best Large Integrated Search Agency in Europe — and getting in early. The UK is one of our newest markets, handling large UK and US clients, and is effectively a founding team right now. If you have high growth aspirations and want to help shape a market rather than slot into a fixed structure, this is a rare moment to do exactly that.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Build and scale campaigns – you’ll plan, launch, and manage structured, high-performing multi-market campaigns across Search (including AI Max), Performance Max, Demand Gen, and Standard Shopping, on both Google and Microsoft Ads.
  • Own shopping feeds end to end – you’ll manage and optimise product feeds in Google Merchant Center using custom labels, feed rules, and supplemental feeds to improve coverage, prioritise high‑margin items, and drive stronger ROAS across PMax and Standard Shopping.
  • Turn data into decisions – you’ll monitor campaign metrics against agreed targets and translate complex data into clear, actionable performance updates and agenda notes for your strategy lead. You’ll conduct daily monitoring, strategic budget allocation, and precise bid adjustments across multiple accounts to maximise ROI and ROAS, escalating risks early rather than after the fact.
  • Test relentlessly – you’ll run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy hooks, and angles to maximise performance and combat ad fatigue. You’ll collaborate on strategic offer creation and write compelling, high‑converting ad copy tailored to each audience and market.
  • Capture high‑intent traffic – you’ll execute advanced audience allocation, rigorous keyword strategy, and search intent mapping.
  • Improve what happens after the click – you’ll analyse post‑click performance and proactively advise on landing page improvements and CRO, even where you’re not building the pages yourself.
  • Build the plumbing – you’ll set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure via pixels and deep integrations with CRMs and third‑party software.
  • Automate the manual – you’ll proactively build scripts and leverage AI tools to streamline account management, optimise workflows, and eliminate repetitive tasks.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A confident communicator – you’re comfortable engaging stakeholders across functions and seniorities, and presenting ideas convincingly to both internal leads and clients.
  • Genuine autonomy – you have the discipline to run multiple accounts at once, dependable punctuality for internal meetings, and the judgement to know what needs escalating.
  • A student of persuasion – you have a natural curiosity for storytelling and human psychology; you don’t just optimise the auction, you think about the person on the other side of it.
  • Bias for automation – you’d rather write a script once than do a task a hundred times.

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?

  • Hands‑on experience – 3–4+ years managing paid media across Google and Microsoft Ads, ideally within a digital agency environment.
  • Cross‑vertical track record – proven delivery across both ecommerce and B2B lead generation; you understand how the playbooks differ.
  • Deep feed expertise – proven experience managing and optimising shopping feeds in Google Merchant Center, including custom labels, feed rules, and supplemental feeds.
  • Strong data fluency – high proficiency in Looker Studio for visualisation, confident interpretation in GA4, HubSpot, and similar platforms, and a solid grasp of attribution analytics.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS IN ROLE LOOK LIKE?

  • Client success – you’ll deliver best‑in‑class work that delivers incredible outcomes. You never settle for mediocrity and constantly strive for excellence across your accounts.
  • Systems excellence – you’ll consistently look to improve our services by automating repetitive work that is more at risk of human error.
  • Meaningful partnership – you’ll be trusted by our clients to grow their business online, ensuring constantly high satisfaction scores, positive reviews and account renewals.
  • Thought leader – you’ll support the growth of our agency by helping us evolve the paid search product, innovating to ensure a competitive offering.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

  • Claude Pro so you can build automations, accelerate analysis, and level up.
  • 25 days annual leave with bank holidays off too.
  • Paid‑for learning and development opportunities.
  • Private healthcare provided by Bupa.
  • Option to work remotely, if you’d prefer.
