A growing UK payments business is looking for a driven Field-Based Payments Consultant to join its sales team. The company provides card payment solutions to businesses nationwide, including EPOS, smart terminals, e-commerce, and virtual terminal products. This is a great opportunity for a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building relationships, and earning strong commission. Ideally looking for someone around the Merseyside/Liverpool area.

What’s on offer:

  • Basic salary of £30,000 + £4,800 annual car allowance
  • Proven OTE of £65,000 per year
  • Excellent commission structure
  • Residual commission on all merchants

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business within a designated territory through cold calling and outbound activity
  • Meet prospects face-to-face to present tailored payment solutions
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products
  • Clearly explain product features and value propositions
  • Work closely with internal teams to support sales activity and deal conversion
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales or field sales
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills
  • Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
  • Payments or financial services experience is beneficial but not essential
