Sales Development Representative

We’re partnered with a boutique offensive security consultancy that delivers expert-led, context-aware, and manually executed testing services to clients ranging from start-ups to global enterprises. They’re known for prioritising quality over volume, focusing on tailored, deep-dive security engagements.

They’re now looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. You’ll work directly with the Account Director, supporting lead generation and prospecting efforts while receiving one-to-one training and a clear path to progress into a full 360 sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and identifying potential clients using prospecting platforms and tools
• Reaching out to new prospects via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
• Booking and qualifying meetings to support overall revenue objectives
• Conducting research to identify new opportunities and build strategic outreach
• Maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification data in the CRM
• Actively learning about offensive cybersecurity and the company’s service offerings

What We’re Looking For:

• No SDR or sales experience required!
• A confident communicator who’s comfortable with cold outreach
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a sales function
• Interest in cybersecurity and technology
