We\’re currently supporting a start-up mentality Waste Management firm in Essex that provide tailored solutions to a large suite of industry verticals, with a strong offering to the healthcare sector. Offering Hazardous waste removal, construction waste removal, commercial business waste, the list goes on.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities across their focus sectors.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client needs and propose waste management solutions that ensure compliance and sustainability.
Whats on offer
- Competitive basic salary plus a percentage-based commission structure (£50k – £70k OTE)
- Hybrid or remote working, depending on location.
- For experienced sales professionals: company car or annual car allowance, plus fuel card for business travel.
