We’re working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that delivers a full range of technology solutions to small and mid-sized businesses, from hardware and software licensing to security-focused managed IT services. They partner with leading brands, including Microsoft, Dell, Veeam, HP, and Citrix, to name a few.
With rapid growth and plans to double in size within the next 18 months, they’re expanding their team to keep up with an influx of new clients. They’re now looking for an Account Manager to nurture and grow existing client relationships, ensuring customers get the most out of their solutions and identifying new opportunities to expand portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of small to mid-sized business clients
- Proactively uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional IT, cloud, security, and support services
- Work hand-in-hand with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction
- Build trusted, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
- Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and managed service offerings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strategic, solutions-focused approach
- A customer-first attitude and proven track record of growing and retaining accounts
