We are a professional firm providing one-stop business setup, tax planning, and cross-border migration solutions for foreignenterprises and HNW individuals expanding into Singapore and Southeast Asia. We are now looking for an experienced and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our leadership track.
Responsibilities
Strategically plan and execute market development to acquire corporate and HNW clients
Deeply understand client profiles and pain points; design customized solutions across business setup, tax structure, and outbound immigration
Conduct public seminars, client webinars, and high-level presentations
Build and manage long-term client relationships with high satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and manage the BD team to deliver results
Coordinate with internal teams (corporate secretary, tax, case management) to ensure successful delivery
Perform well under pressure with a strong sales target and performance-driven mindset
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales or consulting experience in corporate services, accounting & tax, migration, wealth management, business development or family office sector
Familiar with Chinese clients\’ needs around overseas expansion, asset structuring, and global mobility, able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
Possess own client base or event speaking, personal branding, private traffic experience
Strong in client communication, solution design, and cross-border relationship management
Capable of leading a team and executing growth strategies
Resilient, KPI-oriented, and highly motivated by results
