The predicted salary is between 28800 - 33600 £ per year.

Our client is a non-profit organisation working with people to support their mental health and wellbeing. Established for over 30 years, they have provided services alongside a variety of statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) colleagues in Surrey and its borders. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to work on a 6 month FTC.

Salary: £48,000 (FTE, pro rata for 6 months)
Hours: 35 hours
Duration: 6 month FTC

Location: Woking / Hybrid (minimum 2 days on site in Woking)

You will be working on a time bound transformation programme to integrate services, bolster financial resilience and sharpen impact across Surrey.

Some areas of the role will include:

  • Plan and Co-ordinate – Translate senior leadership ambition into a detailed, six month delivery plan with clear milestones, work streams and risk controls.
  • Drive Service Improvement – Steer priority projects to completion, using lean/service design methods to improve client experience, access and cost-efficiency.
  • Enable Partnerships and Culture Change – Maintain strong working relationships with NHS partners, local authorities and VCSE allies, ensuring every activity reflects the charity's ethos of Supporting Wellness Together.

Our ideal applicant will have/be:

  • Proven experience managing complex service improvement or transformation projects in Charity, NHS or local authority settings.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality without direct line management authority.
  • Success working with NHS commissioners and providers on partnership contracts or pilots.
  • Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile).
  • Lean, six sigma or service design tools.
  • Ideally you will have worked within mental health, substance use or broader VCSE experience.
