Our client, the UK’s leading designer, manufacturer, and installer of bespoke physical security products are looking for a reliable and detail orientated Part Time Evening Cleaner.
Location: Dartford – DA1
Salary: £12.21 - £14ph dependant on experience
Hours: 6 hours per week (2 hours on a Monday / Wednesday / Friday, ideally you will be able to work 5pm – 7pm)
Contract: Start date will be week commencing 21st April. Initial 6 months contract with the potential to extend.
Within the role you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the office space. It is a crucial role ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for their employees and visitors. All equipment and products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize office areas, including desks, chairs, and common areas
- Vacuum and mop floors, ensuring all areas are free of dust and debris
- Empty trash bins in the kitchens and main reception area and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Replenish restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper from our cleaning supplies cupboard
- Clean kitchens, including countertops, sinks, and appliances
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, and light fixtures
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment (all cleaning products and equipment will be provided)
- You will be required to complete and pass a DBS check
