Location: Hybrid role supporting clients in the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire area
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 dependant on experience

The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who excels at building strong relationships and delivering practical, high-quality HR support to a diverse range of clients. Working closely with business leaders, you will help shape and deliver people strategies that drive growth, performance, and a positive employee experience. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be confident in challenging constructively, coaching leaders and translating ideas into meaningful action. The role suits a highly organised, HR professional who can manage competing priorities with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with leaders to align people plans with business objectives
- Acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
- Supporting and leading change initiatives, including restructures and cultural transformation
- Driving talent management, succession planning, and development discussions
- Using people data and insight to inform and influence decision-making
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are fair, compliant, and fit for purpose
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a strong HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally within a corporate, multi-site or consultancy environment
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence and credibility to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- A commercial mindset with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
