As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within the home, setting high standards of care and supporting both residents and colleagues to thrive.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the safe, effective delivery of high-quality nursing care. You will lead and support a team of care and nursing staff, ensuring every resident receives person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will be a visible, hands-on clinical leader, confident in decision-making and passionate about delivering outstanding care in a supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
- Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff on shift
- Ensure clinical standards, policies, and best practice are consistently met
- Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication management
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- A valid UK NMC registration (PIN)
- Experience working within a healthcare or nursing care setting
