An established family‑run residential care home, operating since the late 1970s, is seeking a Care Assistant to join its dedicated team in Longfield to support up to 24 residents. The Role
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to support residents within this friendly and well‑established setting. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
