This family‑run residential care setting offers a true home‑from‑home environment in the beautiful seaside village of Charmouth. The service provides 30 single rooms, most ensuite, all equipped with a nurse call system, telephone, and TV. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms to feel truly at home. The service is fully committed to respecting the wishes of all residents while delivering safe, compassionate, and person‑centred care.

The Role
We are recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated team, supporting residents with day‑to‑day care needs and promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Whether working days or nights, you will be an integral part of a close‑knit team delivering high‑quality, compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and light household duties
- Overnight monitoring and comfort checks (for night shifts)
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting dignity, confidentiality, and person‑centred care
