An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead, support and develop the Haemato‑oncology Clinical Research Team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT). Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop the Haemato‑oncology Clinical Research Team at ESHT.
- Deliver haemato‑oncology clinical trials and support the delivery of generic clinical research studies.
- Build a diverse clinical trial portfolio and support teams to recruit participants to time and target.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to increase clinical research activity.
- Contribute to the provision and ongoing development of a high‑quality specialist research nursing service.
- Provide support to participants and their families throughout trial participation.
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of all trial‑related care.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with experience in both commercial and academic clinical trial delivery.
- Recent experience leading and developing teams.
- Strong track record of building a diverse clinical trial portfolio.
- Background in haemato‑oncology nursing, including chemotherapy administration and toxicity management.
- Proven leadership skills.
