We have an exciting vacancy for a dynamic and enthusiastic Physiotherapy Manager to join our team at Sussex Premier Health, the private division of East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT). Sussex Premier Health has its own dedicated unit in Hastings, along with a fully equipped physiotherapy department offering both inpatient and outpatient services.
About the Role
The Physiotherapy Manager will oversee the daily running of both services, ensuring the highest standards of care while leading on the development and expansion of new services.
- Lead a team of physiotherapists managing both inpatient and outpatient services within the private division of ESHT.
- Oversee the daily operation of the department, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
- Lead the development and expansion of new physiotherapy services.
- Take a lead role in the advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex and/or chronic presentations.
- Provide exemplary physiotherapy care while managing the department.
- Ensure the physiotherapy team delivers effective treatment through excellent clinical and managerial leadership.
- Meet AOP targets and achieve service level agreements in line with departmental and hospital business plans.
- Market, promote, and profile the service to all customer groups.
