We are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System across our Pathology service. This is a key leadership role ensuring our laboratories meet ISO 15189 and all regulatory, accreditation and governance requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Pathology Quality Management System.
- Lead the department through UKAS, HTA, MHRA and other inspections.
- Oversee risk management, incident processes and internal audit programmes.
- Support continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and data analysis.
- Line manage the Quality team.
