We are looking for experienced HCPC registered ODP’s and NMC registered staff with Anaesthetic Qualifications, experience and evidence of IELTS at level 7, to expand our amazing team at Eastbourne Hospital in Eastbourne. We carry out a wide range of surgeries including:

  • General Surgery
  • Orthopaedics
  • ENT
  • Gynae
  • Breast services
  • Urology
  • Max Fax
  • Trauma/CEPOD

The Theatre departments at Eastbourne have currently 10 theatres and cover duties between Main Theatres, the Day Surgery Unit and the new Sussex Surgical Centre. Our CQC report was rated as “Good.”

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Department Matrons/Deputy Leads in maintaining an efficient and effective service and delivering safe patient care.
  • Perform duties primarily during day shifts, with additional out of hours, nights and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience within anaesthetics.
  • Ideally possess a mentorship qualification.
  • Registered with HCPC as an ODP and NMC staff.
  • Anaesthetic qualifications and experience.
  • Evidence of IELTS at level 7.
