We are looking to recruit a Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist / Osteopath to join the East Sussex MSK Partnership Collaboration and support the delivery of MSK care pathways across East Sussex.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive MSK clinical assessment and treatment.
- Support APs, FCPs, team leads, and the clinical lead/Rehab Lead Physiotherapist in the delivery of MSK care pathways.
- Play a key role in clinical development, mentorship, and service quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate cross-site working, traveling between outpatient settings as required.
- Engage in continuous professional development and pursue postgraduate education opportunities with the University of Brighton and other partners.
Qualifications
- Significant clinical experience in a specialised MSK physiotherapy or osteopathy role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience supporting clinical teams.
- Strong base of CPD with the ability to develop specialist skills in sub-specialities such as upper limb, lower limb, rheumatology, and spinal.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
