We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our portering team at Eastbourne Hospital.
A porter within a busy acute hospital setting will carry out many responsible duties. The main role and responsibilities are to move patients around from wards and departments such as X‑Ray, CT, MRI, A&E.
Porters also attend fire calls, emergency calls, resus calls to assist the clinical teams, medical gases and helicopter landings. This is a varied jobs role which the successful applicant will be required to be in good physical health.
A Trust induction and full training will be given.
