We are looking to recruit two dynamic, experienced and self‑motivated nurses or AHPs into this exciting new Nutrition Practitioner role. We have funding for 1.6wte positions to work across our two acute hospitals: Conquest and EDGH. You will work with adult inpatients, the acute medical, surgical and gastro teams and the dietitians to support delivery of excellent nutritional care, primarily with those patients requiring artificial nutrition support.
