Are you passionate about supporting learning and development through innovative digital solutions? We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and well-organised individual to join our friendly and forward-thinking Technology Enhanced Development (TED) Team!
As part of this dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of education and training across the Trust by helping to manage and administer a wide range of learning opportunities via our Totara Learning Management System – MyLearn. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team of administrators who are central to the success of our digital learning services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the setup, maintenance, and smooth delivery of education and training activities.
- Ensuring all users have seamless access to learning content through MyLearn.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to staff across the Trust.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the TED Team and wider Trust to maximise the impact and reach of our Learning Management System.
- Once trained, you’ll be a key point of contact for staff, helping them navigate MyLearn and ensuring their learning experience is smooth, engaging, and effective.
