The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and developing haematology cancer service. You will be well supported by the haematology multidisciplinary team as we build the expert Nurse / Clinical Practitioner service. You will be required to work in a team of Nurse / Clinical Practitioner Specialists across both Eastbourne and Hastings. The post involves supporting cancer patients throughout their pathway from referral to treatment. You will be empathetic and able to deal with competing demands on your time. You will be flexible and analytical in your practice. The post holder will join a team of Nurse / Clinical Practitioners and a wider team of allied health care professionals. There is an opportunity to join our Haematology Cancer Nurse / Clinical Practitioner team. You will be willing to explore the extended role of the post with the opportunity to deliver care autonomously and within an outpatient setting. An interest and understanding of cancer patient care and working autonomously is essential.
Responsibilities
- Support cancer patients throughout their pathway from referral to treatment.
- Work as part of a team of Nurse / Clinical Practitioner Specialists across Eastbourne and Hastings.
- Deliver care autonomously within an outpatient setting where appropriate.
