We are looking for a dedicated Team Administrator to join our evolving administration team and play a key role in our Child Development Admin Team. The role is fast‑paced, requiring resilience, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure. You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, meeting strict deadlines. Confidentiality must be maintained at all times and being a good communicator is also key.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration support to the Child Development Admin Team.
  • Use multiple software packages, including SystmOne.
  • Work closely with clinical staff and our young patients to keep the team challenged and busy.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated good interpersonal, verbal and written skills with a “can do” positive attitude.
  • Good level of IT literacy, with experience using various software packages; familiarity with SystmOne is advantageous.
  • Evidence of meeting essential criteria in the application.
