Overview
We are looking for a Catering Assistant / Restaurant team member to work within the Catering Team at Eastbourne Hospital and part of the facilities catering retail team. This role supports a busy staff restaurant and has a direct impact on the service provided to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock up and manage food service supplies.
- Maintain accurate catering documentation and records.
- Use the Epos system for sales and ordering.
