Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and dynamic Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic assessment to clients with diverse or complex presentations, working within the community as part of an inter-professional team.
- Provide specific occupational therapy intervention as required.
- Key work individual cases as appropriate.
- Provide occupational therapy advice to other colleagues within the team.
- Participate as a member of the team.
- Manage a clinical caseload.
- Support service improvement and delivery within the team.
- Participate in health promotion and education of staff, clients and families.
- Undertake regular continual professional development activities.
