At Esher Sixth Form College, we are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team, working mornings. This is an exciting role that will give you exposure to every area of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and pensions, wellbeing, and policy development.
As our new HR Administrator, you'll be a key member of the HR team, providing first-line advice to College employees, ensuring smooth processes across the employee lifecycle, and supporting the delivery of a first-class HR service. From assisting in recruitment campaigns to helping to coordinate payroll and wellbeing initiatives, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on our people and culture.
