This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal strategic role within a high‑performing, outstanding single‑academy trust, serving more than 2,100 students across Surrey and London. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Head of Governance & Compliance acts as the Trust's principal governance adviser and Company Secretary, supporting the effective operation of governance across the Trust and ensuring compliance with legal, constitutional and regulatory requirements.
