Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children's education and development within a school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering educational programmes, helping students achieve their full potential by supporting their day-to-day learning activities.

What we're looking for:

  • A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
  • The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
  • A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
  • A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: GLF Associate 2 Point 1 - Β£23,914

Actual Salary: Β£17,858.57

Hours: 31.25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

Closing Date: 13th Sept 2026
