Esher Church of England High School is seeking an Inclusion Support Officer (HLTA) to provide specialist support to identified students with physical, emotional or educational needs.

You will design and implement bespoke individual support plans in collaboration with colleagues, families and external agencies.

Working closely with the wider school team, you will nurture vulnerable students to achieve the best outcomes while ensuring safeguarding duties are met.
