Hillcroft Primary School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What we are looking for
- Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and an HLTA qualification (or willingness to undertake)
- Have experience in supporting and delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning
- Be skilled in adapting and delivering engaging learning strategies, managing behaviour effectively, and supporting pupils' emotional and academic development.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including preparing resources, maintaining pupil records, and contributing to classroom planning.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, working well with colleagues, children, and parents.
- Be motivated, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and safeguarding.

The Details
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: GLF Specialist Point 1 - Β£28,009
Actual Salary: Β£23,426.64
Hours: 35hrs per week, 39 weeks per year
