At Esgasy, we manage and scale premium brands in regulated, high-expectation markets. We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to lead Instagram and TikTok growth for a high-end company in London. This role is growth-first, performance-driven, and execution-heavy. You will not just “post content” — you will build authority, visibility, and revenue impact through social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth
- Own the Instagram and TikTok growth strategy end-to-end
- Translate business objectives (revenue, bookings, positioning) into social execution
- Identify content pillars aligned with company compliance (UK) and luxury branding
- Continuously test formats, hooks, captions, CTAs, and posting times
- Content Execution
- Plan and manage short-form video content (Reels & TikTok)
- Direct and execute on-site filming days
- Guide clinicians/sports on-camera (what to say, how to say it, pacing, tone)
- Ensure all content complies with ASA / CAP Code
- Performance & Analytics
- Track and report on: Follower growth, Reach & engagement, Profile visits → enquiries → bookings (with our CRM inputs)
- Optimize based on data, not vanity metrics
- Collaborate with Esgasy on paid amplification (Spark Ads, Reels boosting)
- Brand & Community
- Maintain a consistent luxury/company authority tone
- Actively manage comments, DMs (in coordination with company staff)
- Spot opportunities for trends without compromising brand credibility
Required Experience:
- Proven experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts
- Experience in sports, medical, aesthetics, wellness or luxury brands (strong plus)
- Strong understanding of short-form video psychology
- Comfortable working with doctors/clinicians/trainers
- Data-driven mindset (you care about numbers and outcomes)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with UK regulated advertising
- Paid social knowledge (TikTok Spark Ads / Meta Reels)
- Ability to edit short-form video (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut)
